ZNSHINE Solar modules to achieve “Top Performer” by DNV-GL PV for two consecutive years

In PV Module Reliability Scorecard Report 2020 published by PV Evolution Labs (PVEL), ZNSHINE Solar was honored as the “Top Performer” in every test due to its outstanding module reliability. PVEL, the leading independent test lab for the global downstream solar industry, publishes every year its PV Module Reliability Scorecard – in partnership with DNV GL.

This is the second time ZNSHINE – a BNEF Tier 1 module manufacturer with over 32 years of manufacturing excellence – has earned a Top Performer designation in the PVEL Product Qualification Program (PQP). PQP is a common and essential requirement for PV modules installed in systems around the world.

The PV Module Reliability Scorecard “Top Performer” status is additional evidence of ZNSHINE products’ great performance and high-quality as results of its high-efficiency R&D center. The 2020 PVEL PV Module Reliability Scorecard publication includes the following tests:

  • Damp Heat x 2000 hours
  • Dynamic Mechanical Load x 1000 cycles
  • Thermal Cycling x 50 cycles
  • Humidity Freeze x 30 cycles
  • Potential Induced Degradation (PID) x 192 hours
  • PAN performance
